Harcourts Upper Hutt Team Hutt Valley Ltd, took over the franchise from Upper Valley Realty Ltd on the 1st of October 2006. Since this time the Team has continued to grow, which necessitated the purchase of their new high profile offices on the corner of Queen and King Streets in Upper Hutt. Numerous members of the Team have received Awards for outstanding achievements in Real Estate.
